Japan Leather Craft Association (JLCA) makes every effort to manage and operate the personal information we receive in an appropriate and safe manner as follows.
1, Purpose of use of personal information
JLCA will use the collected personal information for the following purposes.
1-1 To send documents, to provide services, and for after service.
1-2. To display the name of the artist at the exhibition
1-3 To answer questions and inquiries from visitors.
1-4 To send information on services and events.
2, Provision to Third Parties
JLCA will not provide personal data to third parties, except in the following cases.
2-1 For legal reasons
2-2 When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to get permission from the individuals concerned.
2-3 When it is necessary for the improvement of public health or the safe growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain consent from the individual.
2-4 When it is necessary to cooperate with national organizations, local governments, or their contractors in the execution of their legal duties, and obtaining the consent of the individual may affect the execution of those duties.
3, Disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information
3-1, JLCA will do with requests from exhibitors to disclose, correct, or delete their personal information.
